Studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartment homes are available with a variety of layouts to fit your lifestyle in Seattle’s South Lake Union.

Union SLU apartment homes do not include private yards but offer access to a shared courtyard deck.

Tour Union SLU in person or schedule a virtual tour online.

Apply online through the property website or in person at the leasing office.

Applicants must provide a valid government-issued ID and proof of income for verification.

Household income must be at least three times the monthly rent to qualify.

Subleasing is not permitted unless the new occupant completes the application and meets all qualifications.

Renter’s insurance is required; please contact the leasing office for coverage details.

Lease renewals are completed online through Union SLU's resident portal.

Affordable housing options are not available at Union SLU.

Application fees apply per applicant, along with a holding fee that is credited toward the security deposit.

Move-in assistance services are not currently offered.

Early lease termination requires a fee equal to two months’ rent, along with repayment of any concessions received.

A minimum 20-day written notice is required prior to move-out.

Residents must submit written notice, provide a forwarding address, remove all belongings, return the apartment in good condition, and return all keys and fobs.

Security deposits are typically refunded within 30 days after move-out.

Utilities are not included and are billed based on usage.

High-speed internet is available through Astound, Xfinity, or Google Fiber.

Rent can be paid online through the Bilt app.

There are no additional monthly fees beyond standard lease charges.

A secure underground parking garage is available for residents.

Overnight guests not listed on the lease may not stay more than 14 days per year or more than 3 consecutive days without approval.

EV charging stations are available on-site, subject to availability.

Union SLUĀ is a pet-friendly apartment community.

Pet costs include a deposit and monthly pet rent per pet.

Breed and size restrictions may apply; please contact the leasing office for details.

Pet amenities at Union SLU include an on-site dog run.

Community amenities include a 24-hour fitness center, resident lounge, game room, rooftop lounges with BBQ grills, movie theater, community garden, and bike storage.

Laundry facilities are not available at Union SLU.

Bike storage is available on-site.

All apartment homes include access to high-speed internet.

Packages are delivered to secure Amazon Hub lockers and an oversized package room.

Virtual tours are available via video or through Union SLU's property website.

Furnished apartments are not available.

Nearby attractions and local highlights can be viewed on the property website’s map feature.

Located in Seattle’s South Lake Union, the community is near Lake Union, Downtown Seattle, major employers, dining, shopping, and parks like Denny Park.

Union SLU is served by Seattle Public Schools.??????

Residents can enjoy occasional community events and activities.

Quiet hours are observed daily from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Noise concerns can be reported to the courtesy patrol or leasing office for prompt assistance.

Union SLU is a non-smoking community.

Maintenance requests can be submitted through the resident portal.

Maintenance requests are typically addressed within a few hours or by the next business day.
